i do not know Illini...from my experience you have to know something about what your doing in craps to win unlike bingo....IMHO

I love to play craps, and it's really easy once you understand it. I've read books about people that can roll all these numbers without rolling a seven. If anyone can do that, I'd like them to teach me. But unless those stories are true about these dice controllers, I'm afraid the game is pure luck.

Illini's post is accurate, saying he's a helluva craps player is akin to a helluva bingo or lottery player, or a helluva roulette player. The house edge is what it is, on each and every roll.

Don't fool yourself into thinking the mathematics is not what keeps these palaces in business. Educate yourself or continue to lose, bottom line.

When I lived in Vegas this is what we called each other that were on strong plays.

I mean, say we would find out JOE BLOW who we didnt know was on a play at the Horseshoe Bingo room..............we would ask ourselves if he were a WISEGUY.

I guess the term SHARP would be better...............but I for one would always refer to them as wiseguys.

Either way, yea, pretty funny.................especially in regards to BINGO

There are basically four ways one can gain an advantage in BINGO.

1. Playing in a room that has few patrons can provide a tremendous overlay after figuring out the total payout amounts. These games are usually found at the smaller casinos and/or early in the morning.

2. Playing PROGRESSIVE type bingo games.

3. Using the AUTOMATIC bingo cards....the advantage here is that you will NEVER miss a number..........or at least one shouldnt. Small advantage over the half blind people marking 3-49 different cards manually.

4. Semi-manipulating the right type cards according to the numbers on the card...........this would take me 2 hours to explain, so forget it. Not really an advantage, but makes the game less violitale.
